I have to order the dresses for the girls absolutely no later than the end of April to get them back in time for the wedding. And that's with no room for fudging if something goes wrong. You need to figure in time for things to go wrong. Cuz they will.

Decide if Mike is gunna be in it. Get him fitted if he is.

Call Sam about being DJ. Get whatever equipment you need so that you can start playing with it so that things go smoothly at the reception. Know what to do if something goes wrong. And get started on the playlist.

You called Mike, right? Just keep in touch with him. He needs to know EVERYTHING that will be going on at the reception, so that he can keep an eye on it and make sure everything happens when it's supposed to and nothing that doesn't.

We need to decide on our song. If possible, I would like to have either Jim play it or have him accompany the music with piano, if it will sound ok. It might not work on certain songs. We'll see. But I need to make a playlist for him so he can start practicing. Any particular songs you want him to play? Do you mind if he doens't play kingdom songswhile they are going down the isle? Just when I come down?

We need to get rings. Are we gunna get them engraved? hehe. Just something to think about.
